[He isn't seated at a booth. Goodness no. The way to really get a feel for a place is to sit at the bar, to talk with the server, get to know the attitudes of the staff.

At least that's the idea of sitting at the bar. It seems like the bar is, however, an afterthought for the servers. They have their sections, their regulars... and no one seems to care much to even bother refilling his "coffee". (This swill does not deserve to be called coffee. He's actively sitting here watching it burn. Disgusting.)]
